Directions
Crumble the tuna fish and then mix with the onions, parsley, salt,
pepper and garlic in a bowl.
Add the eggs and the cheese and mix untill you have a compact mixture.
Form the mixture into small balls, roll in flour and fry in for 10
minutes or untill the balls have a golden color.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place them on kithcen paper.
Presentation
Serve on lettuce leaves, with tomato slices and decorate with a sprig of parsley.
